sad to get old
i went to grab some lunch today, and after i ordered i went to the bathroom. someone was using the urinal so i go to the stall. i realize as i flush that there may be some waiting because there is only one sink, but to my surprise i won, so i get to wash my hands first. the other gentleman flushes and then waits for me; i'm considerate, so i leave the water on. then as i'm drying i see him go back over to the urinal. too bad for him and his old self. i turn the water off and leave, and realize that it is sad to get old. i guess i won in more ways than one.

i hate this aging bs. i took a nap on the couch the other day and slept a little weird and my neck was sore for like 4 days.
so, i'm trying to work out a little more, get the body with shape and hope it helps me maintain.
